Before she ever sold a resale home, Luci spent years as a community guide alongside a new-homes team: touring buyers through neighborhoods, walking the lots with them, and helping them design the custom homes they'd go on to live in. She understands how homes are built, how a community is laid out, and what actually drives value.

When she moved to resales with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2021, that perspective showed immediately — she ranked among the top 3% of agents in Citrus County in her first full year. It wasn't an accident: Luci has spent her whole career at the top in sales, including years as one of the nation's top automotive salespeople.
