Mark Casper has spent his entire career in Citrus County real estate. He started in 2004 with the developer's new-homes division, moved to resales in 2009, earned his broker's license, and in 2017 became Managing Broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Showcase Properties.

From 2009 to 2015, Mark was the #1 agent in Citrus Hills home sales — closing more sales than the #2 and #3 agents combined. Then he made a deliberate choice: he stopped representing buyers and sellers himself, so he would never compete with the very agents he leads and trains.
