Russell came to Citrus County the way many Pine Ridge buyers do — from up north. He left Connecticut for Florida in 2015, so when a client is making the move from a thousand miles away, he isn't guessing at how it feels. Before real estate, Russell built his career in service — as a golf professional and in hospitality — where he learned that looking after people is the entire job.
