By way of introduction, Joy is a transplant from the cold and cloudy north – the sun and the weather are what drew her here and will keep her here. Born in Worcester, Mass., she has lived all over this country – coast to coast – as well as overseas. After working in the medical field for about thirty-five years, Joy left when the frustration of dealing with insurance companies turned what had been a service based industry into one of herding patients and greed. She then decided to choose a new field where service could, once again, be her main goal. As an agent working in the same office location for more than 20 years, Joy has been an award-winning, multi-million dollar producer with an easy style that belies a passion for research and a persistence that will not allow giving up.
